If you just registered for an account, please wait 1 to 3 days for an approval email from account@sinlongheng.com. Please note that an online meeting might be required for the approval process when necessary. You may login to access wholesale after approval.
DEACTIVATED ACCOUNTS
Suppose you’ve been previously approved but can no longer access the wholesale. In that case, your account may have been deactivated due to inactivity of not making the first order within 60 days of approval. Please note that a minimum order of RM500.00 may be required for reactivation, and not all deactivated accounts will be reopened. To be reconsidered, please get in touch with us through the contact page or an email to account@sinlongheng.com, and one of our representatives will be assisting you.
NO ACCESS
If you’ve been redirected to this page while logged in, your account has been deactivated or isn’t currently approved. All new accounts must make their first order within 60 days of approval.
