NEW ACCOUNTS
If you just registered for an account, please wait 1 to 3 days for an approval email from account@sinlongheng.com.my. Please note that an online meeting might be required for the approval process when necessary.
DEACTIVATED ACCOUNT
- Suppose you’ve been previously approved but can no longer access the wholesale. In that case, your account may have been deactivated due to inactivity. Please note that a minimum order of RM500.00 may be required for reactivation, and not all deactivated accounts will be reopened. To be reconsidered, please get in touch with us through the contact page or an email to account@sinlongheng.com.my, and one of our representatives will be assisting you.
- Accounts that have been inactive for 6 months or have not made their first order within 60 days of approval will be deactivated.
Sin Long Heng reserves the right to deactivate, or revoke any account at our discretion without any notice, or explanation.
